Another huge factor in building awareness is the recent inclusion in Wikipedia, the definitive online tool that vets all pop phenomenon, cultural references that shape modern day living. Wiki, it turns out, now cites NAEBA in its official citation about Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA).

I have been trying to get this building under contract for 6 months. I never could get a hold of the owner and it ended up at the Sheriff Sale. The auditor shows that the bank purchased it for 000. I still tried to buy it but the bank put me on hold until “we figure out what we are going to do with it”. I wondered why it would take so long to figure out with such a distressed building. Now I know why. I really wish I had pursued this harder. The five cars left in the building would have made this a deal of a lifetime. (1) 1935 Rolls Royce Laude, (1) 1968 Bentley, (1) 1965 Jaguar, (1) 1968 Chrysler Newport & another Bentley that appears to be a 60′s Phantom. WOW!!!!!!!!!! I about passed out when I saw the contents of this missed deal.

I decided to check on this house since my last visit revealed a break-in at the basement door which eventually lead to the front door being wide open. I was shocked to walk in and find a pit mix living in the kitchen. She was brought there and locked up. She appears to have given birth to a litter recently and was also many confrontations with other dogs. She have scars and fresh sores all over her neck and ears. I need to find her a home so please help!
